Smoking Policy
Under the provisions of the Public Health Clean Air Regulation Act of 2005 of Emmet County, smoking is prohibited on the grounds of the Library as well as in the building.
Smoking is prohibited within all Library work areas and public spaces including conference rooms, restrooms, stairwells, hallways and staff areas as well as the public areas of the Library. It is also prohibited on all Library grounds and at the Carnegie Building and its grounds.
Violations of this policy will be subject to the actions outlined in the Library’s general Conduct policy.
