In her sessions, taught using the Kidding Around Yoga (KAY) Technique, your kids will be jumping, dancing, and singing all while practicing yoga poses. The KAY system incorporates cardiovascular conditioning, fun and original music plus all of the traditional benefits of Yoga; your kids will meditate, practice pranayama (breathing techniques) & asanas (yoga postures), and experience peace and deep relaxation. Join Lauren for a great class that will open your child up to a new world of calm and relaxation that will carry on through their day! Please bring a yoga mat or towel to use on the ground for the duration of class. (The library has a few in case you forget).
